Internal Pipeline Coating
Our MC-400 variant is specifically designed to coat the insides of oil, water, and gas pipelines to prevent corrosion in reduce pipeline wall friction. The coating is extremely tough, resistant to acids, Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) and alkalis. Surface prep can be expedited using a neutralizing metal primer to clean and passivate the substrate without the use of acids or phosphates. The coating can then be applied with a pig under low pressure with a reduced need for digging and excavation.
Transmission Tower Maintenance
Current maintenance on transmission towers is slow and labor intensive due to the reliance on 2-part epoxies that must be mixed and painted by hand in small batches to preserve pot life. Coval Metal is a single step solution that can be sprayed on for reduced application and drying time.
